LEGO Hurricane Lamp
I had to prepare for the 2011 hurricane so I created this battery powered LEGO lamp to help us through the power outage. Made of a solid black brick base and transparent red top to provide a radiant glow. A great addition to any home!

Here is my latest piece to support the people trying to kick the habit. Luckily my LEGO addiction has no health side effects and neither does my new packs of LEGO smokes.

Hermit Crab Chooses LEGO Shell

Ok this is awesome. This crab had the choice of multiple natural shells or one LEGO one. Which one did he choose? Read the article at The Guardian.

Warm Up With Some LEGO Soup
One of my earliest and favorite LEGO pieces as a tribute to one of my favorite pop artists. This is also my largest to date at 30"x40". Although that will soon be surpassed by the 48"x48" Spam with over 23000 bricks. Details to come.

This is a 9"x9" framed piece is based on the SMPTE color bars used in television. The solid graphic colors translate nicely in LEGO. Really a fun piece.

LEGO Bear Mascot

Here is a LEGO bear mascot commissioned based on a school mascot. 12 kits were developed for the students to build out more pieces themselves for an event. I completed this in 2011.

Anyone have any LEGO paper towels?
What better image for March than an egg. This LEGO egg sculpture was completed in 2008 and is around 10" high. Instead of a solid egg, I wanted some feeling of motion with the broken yolk leaking out onto the surface. This is one of my favorites.
